Terms of Use

Last updated June 30, 2026

email0 is a free tool offered as-is. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're meant to keep the tool free and usable for everyone, not to be a wall of fine print.

Your content is yours

You own everything you create. The signature HTML and emails you generate are yours to use however you like. When you upload an image, you grant us permission to host and serve it solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use email0 to create signatures or emails for spam, phishing, harassment, or anything illegal. Don't upload images you don't have the rights to, or that are unlawful or harmful. Don't try to overload, scrape, or automate the service beyond normal use. We rate-limit and may block abuse.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Email clients render HTML differently and change over time; while we build templates to be broadly compatible, we can't guarantee a pixel-perfect result in every client. Review your signature before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, email0 isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using (or being unable to use) the service.

Changes

We may update the tool, these terms, or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
