Same details, instantly restyled. Pick one — your signature updates live.

Everything the others gate. Free.

Most “free” signature tools wall you behind a signup or stamp their name in your email. We don't.

Describe, don't fill forms

Write one sentence about yourself. The AI turns it into a finished signature — no ten-field form.

Renders everywhere

Table-based HTML built for Outlook's quirks, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile. No broken layouts.

No signup, ever

Generate, copy, done. No account, no email gate, no trial that expires on you.

No watermark

Your signature is yours. We never inject a 'made with email0' badge into your email.

Your brand, your color

The whole tool is monochrome on purpose — the only color is the one you bring.

Private by default

Your details live in your browser, not our database. Only a photo you upload is hosted.

Questions, answered

Is email0 really free?

Yes — completely free, with no signup, no trial, and no watermark added to your signature. We don't inject a 'made with' badge into your email like most generators do.

Will my signature work in Outlook and Gmail?

Yes. Every template is hand-built with table-based HTML and inline styles — the format that renders reliably in Outlook (Windows), Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile clients. We don't use the modern CSS that breaks in Outlook's Word engine.

Do you store my information?

No. Your details stay in your browser — we never save your name, email, or phone number on a server. The only thing that gets uploaded is a profile photo, if you choose to add one (so it can be shown in emails).

What does the AI actually do?

You describe yourself in plain English and the AI reads it into structured fields — name, title, company, links, brand color — so you skip filling out a ten-field form. You can edit everything afterward.

Can I add my photo, logo, and social links?

Yes. Upload a photo, paste a logo URL, add LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Instagram and more, set a brand color, and add a call-to-action button.

How do I install the signature?

Click Copy, then paste into your email client's signature settings. We include step-by-step guides for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
