Questions, answered
How do I add this signature to Apple Mail on Mac?
Click Copy signature, then in Mail go to Settings (or Preferences on older macOS) → Signatures, select your account, click the + button to create a new signature, and paste into the editor on the right. Close the window to save.
How do I set a signature in iPhone Mail?
Go to Settings → Mail → Signature on your iPhone, delete the default text, and paste your signature. iOS Mail may simplify some HTML, so if formatting looks off, choose a text-forward template.
Why does my Apple Mail signature lose images on iPhone?
iOS Mail can treat inline images as attachments rather than rendering them. Use a text-based template for iPhone, or ensure any images are hosted at absolute URLs rather than embedded as data.
