Gmail

  1. 1Click “Copy signature” above.
  2. 2In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon) → See all settings.
  3. 3Scroll to Signature → Create new, and give it a name.
  4. 4Click into the box and paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V).
  5. 5Set it as your default, then Save Changes at the bottom.

Outlook (new & web)

Do I need a company name?

No. Leave it blank and the signature shows just your name and services, which is common for sole proprietors and independent contractors who work under their own name.

Can I add a portfolio or booking link?

Yes. Use the call-to-action field with a label like 'View portfolio' or 'Book a call' and paste your URL. Every template that includes a CTA renders it as a clickable button or link.

Will it work with a personal email address?

Yes. It works with any address: Gmail, iCloud, or a custom domain. You don't need a business email to have a professional-looking signature.
